that sure beats our once a week market which features carrots, parsnips and rutabaga! But it's local.

to sue ... carrots, parsnips, rutabagas (and likely potatoes too at your market) may not be exotic, but they are all pasty-able!
Jim: You could be to Brazil what our Rick Bayless is to Mexico. This reminds me so much of his TV programs called "Mexico, One Plate at a Time."
